Playing format
Check in by 8:00am with either Brandon or Dorell.
Group photo at 8:45am. It is not mandatory, but would be great to have you in it.
There will be a trophy ceremony held after everyone is finished. The location will be TBD dependent on availability.
No physical scorecards are required to turn in since everything will be digital. We do encourage you to write in a paper scorecard amongst your group to avoid any discrepancies.
Look good play good. We have two photographers on site.

Pace of play - Please be proactive about your pace and get into ready-golf when needed.

OB (out of bounds) - You may use the alternate 2-stroke penalty which allows you to drop 2 club-lengths onto the fairway.

If there aren't white stakes present, then it may be considered a hazard. Standard hazard rules apply - (1) If it isn't playable then take the drop with +1 stroke penalty (2) If you can play from the hazard then you may hit in that spot with no penalty strokes.

Tree roots - We will allow the Local Rule. If your ball is on a tree root, you may drop it one club length into a safer lie. We don't want clubs being damaged or injuries happening from hitting into a root.
Best Ball Scoring

Best Ball is a team format where every player plays their own ball throughout the entire hole. At the end of each hole, the lowest (best) individual score among the teammates is recorded as the team’s official score.10 Ace Members vs 10 Fairway Fox- 5 matches, 1 point each match- Best of 5 matches wins the event- A tie will settle in a playoff

Everyone is in the skins game, it was added in your registration cost. Ties carry over to the next hole. Any ties at the end of 18 holes will refund the entries.
