Get ready for a fun day on the course! Alex and I had the idea to pit our clubs against each other in a friendly match. While we're competing, let's keep the spirit of 'growing the game' in mind – remembering we're all here because we love golf. Enjoy the camaraderie and have a great time!
ANNOUNCEMENT FOR POST-ROUND
We cannot order food after our round. The golf course has a private event and will not be able to accomodate a space for us nor have enough staff to serve us food at the time our event is over. Please buy your food when you pass the concession stand at the turn, or bring your own food. Our trophy ceremony will also be in the parking lot. Look for the BogeyBears & Fairway Fox canopies.

What time do we tee off?
Please arrive no later than 7am to register and have enough time to find cart and partner.
Shotgun format, everyone will tee off at 8:00am.

Who do I turn my scorecard to?

Playing format
We will be doing a group photo at 7:40am. It is not mandatory to be in it, but it would be great if you do show up! Get to the putting green near the cart staging, downstairs from the pro-shop.
We will handle out post-round ceremony in the parking lot. Please go to the Fairway Fox & Bogey Bears canopies. Our groups cannot stay and hang at the golf course.
Turn scorecards in to Brandon Fox and Alex Mar. There must be 2 scorecards turned in at the same time from the opposing teams. Make sure the scorecards reflect eachother or else all of these scores will be exempt.
We have a photographer, look good play good.
2 v 2 Scramble, matchplay scoring.
Scramble Rules

All players tee off, team chooses which shot to play from, repeat.

Ball placement within 1 club length, putting within one scorecard.

Must keep ball on the same lie (ie: if the ball selected is in the rough then all shots must be played from the rough).

A team has the option to concede the hole in order to move along with pace
Matchplay Scoring

1 point goes to winner with most holes won in front 9
-
1 point goes to winner with most holes won in back 9
-
1 point goes to winner with most holes won for total round
Please remember your front 9 starts from your first hole. Not everyone is starting at hole 1. -- Example: If you start your round on hole 4 then your front9 is based on holes 4 thru 12, and back9 is holes 13-3.
Turning in Scorecards

Turn in 2 scorecards together. Both parties must be present when turning in the scores or else scores will be exempt. Do not leave until scores are input.

The 2 scorecards must reflect the same results, or else scores will be exempt.

Cards must be turned in to Alex or Brandon.
